Target Conferences, the official travel agent for the Symposium, offers special reduced rates on a bed and breakfast basis, at the following hotel. As this hotel is well located and popular, you are recommended to book your room well in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our refund policy on Accommodation is based upon receiving notification in writing as follows:

 

Received until August 7 - full refund less handling fee of €45 per room

Received as of August 8 and before September 30 – cancellation fee equal to cost of one night

Received as of October 1 – no refunds, unless Target Conferences can resell the room to another participant.
