Registration fees include: meeting kit, program handouts, admittance to scientific sessions, certificate of attendance, light lunch on session days and coffee/refreshments at breaks.

**Eastern European Delegates and Trainees must live and work in one of the following countries:
Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, The Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, F.Y.R. Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine.

Payment for registration fees may be made by bank transfer*, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners) or invoice to your institution. Registration fees must be pre-paid in full.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Our refund policy is based upon receiving written notification as follows:
Received until December 28, 2017 - full refund less €75 handling fee
Received after December 28, 2017 and until January 27, 2018 - 50% refund
Received after January 27, 2018 - no refund
